Service Plan
I am not the cheapest personal assistant service out there! However, I have been around the longest, and I am the best! I am a true personal assistant. The lower cost personal assistants are most likely administrative assistance services, not a real personal assistant. Ask yourself, do you want someone who requires volume to make a living, or someone satisfied with only helping a few? Do you want hired help working for you, or would you rather have a real personal assistant?
Your email is answered immediately, seven days a week, from early in the morning until late at night.
Our Service Plan:
For $500 per week or 15% of your gross income (whichever is lower), we will:
- Help you create a professional persona
- giving you respect in the industry
- allowing you to charge higher rates
- enabling you to fill your calendar
- Assist you in creating and updating ads, and recommend where to do your advertising
- Process all your email, seven days a week
- Post your schedule on the message boards
- Thoroughly and properly screen your clients
- Contact your clients provider references
- Schedule your appointments
- Pre-appointment follow-up with clients
- Post appointment follow-up with clients
- Create a mailing list for your home city and/or the cities you tour
- Manage your schedule
- Create a safety protocol for you
- Recommend your travel itinerary
- Recommend a marketing plan giving you maximum professional exposure on the internet
- Most importantly we give you your personal life back!
